January 14, 2025 SOBA Settlement Order
On January 14, 2025, the Court:
approved the Soba Settlement Agreement; and
authorized the Trustee upon receipt of $350,000 ("Settlement Payment") to distribute 65% of the Settlement Payment to the investors in the Soba Project.
